“Sensitive Data” means Personal Data that discloses a Data Subject’s medical or health condition, race or ethnicity, political, religious affiliations, sexual orientation, or trade union membership.
“Third Party” means any individual or entity that is neither Casafix nor a Casafix employee, agent, contractor or representative.
We may directly collect analytical data or use third-party analytical tools and services such as Google Analytics, Hotjar and HubSpot to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our service. These analytical tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that may assist us in improving our service.
We may also, without limitations, collect and use the following type of information when you visit and/or interact with Casafix on the website:
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to allow us to follow a user’s activity on the site including; page views, source and time spent on our website. We use this information to gather reports to help us improve our site. This information is then collected and reformatted to be displayed as statistical information as numbers, which means that it cannot be tracked back to individuals.
Hotjar: We use Hotjar to display the areas of a page where users most frequently move the mouse or click. This shows where the points of interest are. These services make it possible to monitor and analyze web traffic and keep track of User behavior. Some of these services may record sessions and make them available for later visual playback.
HubSpot: We use HubSpot marketing automation software to track a user’s interaction each time a user visits the site. HubSpot identifies which pages the user has visited. HubSpot also tracks browser-provided information such as inferred region, IP address, and return visits. Users remain anonymous unless the user freely provides personal information through the submission of a forms or clicks through to our site from a link in an Casafix email they may have received.
We use the information we collect or receive, such as your email address, to communicate directly with you.
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, nor will we sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission, or it is required by law to do so. All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.

This agreement will be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England & Wales.
